We feature 10000 sq.m factory and warehouses of finished machines and components for all models to assemble and send 90% of small or medium sized machines orders within 1-2 business days and often even in holiday periods. Industrial high-capacity machines are also served in very short periods of usually only 1-2 weeks. The fastest in the industry.
Urgent transport for machines
We send our machines via the most suitable regular transport (truck, ship, air cargo) through recognized agents with whom we have preferential agreements. We also offer DHL Express Courier air transport for machines that could be urgently required anywhere in the world.
Immediate delivery of spare parts
Although our machines almost do not need spare parts and mostly are not urgent required to operate, virtually 100% of all orders of common parts that reach us before 5pm are shipped the same by DHL Express Courier, every working day of the year, even in special periods. Permanent stock of thousands of common parts.
Distributor immediate attention every day of the year, immediate answers
We keep our interactive web Talsa Distributors / Technical Information constantly updated to automatically attend instantly 75% of the most frequent requests (spare parts, transport or courier costs, prices, download manuals, exploded views, images, and more). For all other cases, we monitor emails more than 12 hours a day and answer our distributors’ messages almost immediately.

The Talsa machines are distributed in more than 60 countries through a comprehensive network of direct agents to ensure installation, commissioning and service guaranteed for a perfect operation for many years. The use of electric and standard industrial components ensure a permanent reliability of our machines worldwide.
